149.2

This sucks. I can't keep the weight off. I was down to 146 weeks ago and now I'm up to 149. I need someone to come live at my house and keep me from eating bad foods. It doesn't help that my son is a turophile and I have to fix it for him. Macaroni and Cheese, cheese sandwiches, cheese and crackers, cheese sticks, cheese on his spaghetti, you get the idea. Between that and the chocolate, I'm doomed without some help. HELP!!

I hope the rest have done better. Bou, Sissy, Grau, Amy and whoever else is giving it a try.

At least Bou didn't force feed you a batch of brownies.

*that may have been embelished just a little bit* ;-)

I haven't lost an ounce. I had to skip yolates for about a month while Dear Husband was gone. Wasn't about to pay a sitter 15 dollars, so I could work out 3 days a week. SO I feel flabby.....

Between poison ivy and the arm dealio I haven't worked out for about 6 weeks...! I feel like blubbo the whale... and I weigh a good deal more than 150. But, I am tall. And, I have those "big bones"... ROFLMAO!

Oh, well.

My solution has been to avoid scales and mirrors. I think I'm still in shape..."squishy" is a shape, right?

Step away from the cheese! When I was way under, my trainer told me to eat it twice a day. It is obviously evil.

I didn't lost squat. I gained. A whole heap. I'm not stepping on the scale until tomorrow. I want to live in blissful ignorance.

Sissy- Feel fortunate. Morrigan was going to give you an ENTIRE 9x13 pan and I said, "She's gonna hate you for that. I know I would." So she gave you a plate.

I'm soooo sympathetic! I too have managed to gain three pounds recently despite all the triathlon training. It's ridiculous. If I don't consciously evaluate every bite I take, I gain weight.

I'm sorry I don't have good advice, but believe me, I feel your pain.

Anita

p.s. Thank you for visiting my son's Loose Tooth so often. It is extremely kind of you.
