What To Do With Unwanted Cheese?

Seems I am getting more creative everyday. My sons decided they no longer liked the mozzarella stick cheese anymore. Hence, I decided to grate it up and use it on a Chicken Parmesan dish I was making. Decided to share this since it worked great!

Now I just need a few more easy recipes that call for grated mozzarella... any suggestions?

Hmmm...you could mix it with shredded parmesan for pizza toppings.....works great with english muffin pizza's.....

Make Ziti and sausage with grated mozzarella....

Chicken Cordon Bleu....flatten the chicken first, add ham, butter and mozarella before breading the whole thing....

yep, pretty much anything you would put grated cheese into you can use mozzarella for since it melts so nicely.

You can also cut up the sticks and put the chunks in salads or on top of soup, though it is a bit hot for soup lately.... Yummy with tomato soup!

Okay, you have a gorgeous countertop!
I clicked the bigger picture to see it...

Because at first with the tiny picture, I thought you had put your cheese outdoors in the dirt and pebbles.
And I thought, wow, you really ARE desperate for creative things to do with cheese!

As far as I know, you can put grated cheese on ANYTHYING, except for maybe chocolate.

Of course, I'm from Wisconsin, so things might be different in the rest of the world :-)
